Description
Associated Students, Inc. is hiring a Process Specialist to support human-centered process creation, mapping, analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement for organizational and department-level needs. The role assists with stakeholder engagement, workflow digitization, standard operating procedures, root-cause analysis, project implementation, reporting, and process improvement recommendations. It is primarily remote with occasional hybrid work, averages 15–20 hours per week, and may decrease to 6 hours per week based on organizational needs. The position is intended for an upper-level undergraduate or graduate student with relevant coursework or experience, and Cal Poly Pomona student eligibility requirements apply.
