Description
The Process Standardization & Performance Engineer will define and maintain equipment and process technical standards across Becton, Dickinson and Company’s BDX manufacturing network, support global equipment and process strategy, convert standards into engineering outputs, analyze production and engineering data, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge capitalization. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering, at least five years of relevant manufacturing or industrialization experience in a regulated industry, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and DFM/DFMA, and regular business travel to manufacturing sites. The primary work location is Covington, Georgia, with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least four days of in-office presence per week.
