Evri Premium is hiring a Process Supervisor to lead the sortation operation at its National Hub in Coventry. Reporting to the Process Manager, the role manages Warehouse Operatives, ensures safe and efficient parcel flow, monitors productivity and KPIs, coaches staff, promotes health and safety and compliance, and completes equipment and process checks. Candidates need at least one year of supervisory or acting supervisory experience, experience managing teams of 20 or more, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced operational environment.
