Evri Premium is hiring a Process Supervisor for its Coventry Hub on a permanent full-time night shift from Monday to Friday, 18:30–04:30. The role leads warehouse operatives, allocates people and resources, monitors productivity and operational KPIs, supports safe and efficient parcel movement, coaches colleagues, and responds to time-critical operational issues. Candidates need at least one year of supervisory or acting supervisory experience, experience managing large teams of 20 or more, and experience working against productivity, performance, or operational KPIs; logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or another high-volume operational environment experience is beneficial. The salary is £35,193.60 plus benefits, with at least 28 days' annual leave and healthcare options.
