Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Process Support Engineer in Hsinchu, Taiwan, for a 2027 college-graduate pre-employment program. The role supports semiconductor equipment from initial concept through final qualification, including on-site installations, system diagnosis, service and repair, customer collaboration, process optimization, hypothesis and design-of-experiments work, statistical analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, and resolution of complex process and product issues. Candidates need a master’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field, plus English and Mandarin communication proficiency.
