Highland Spring Group is hiring a Process Support Engineer for its Operations team at the Ochils site. The hands-on, shop-floor role supports safe, efficient, sustainable bottling and packaging operations by analysing line performance, leading Lean and Six Sigma problem-solving, reducing losses and waste, standardising processes, and embedding continuous improvements with operators and cross-functional teams. Candidates should have engineering education or equivalent practical experience, FMCG manufacturing experience, process-improvement and data-analysis skills, and the ability to coach and influence people.
