Description
SkyWater Technology is hiring an experienced Process Sustaining Senior Engineer for Chemical Mechanical Polish (CMP) at its Austin, Texas location. The role maintains and improves CMP process control, investigates and resolves process, defect, and yield issues, qualifies new polishing slurries, consumables, and equipment, and works with equipment and industrial engineers to improve tool availability, throughput, and utilization. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline, at least two years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, strong data analysis skills, and on-site availability Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, life insurance, and other employee benefits.
