Nesco Resource is hiring a full-time Process Engineering Technician in Chandler, Arizona, to support investment-casting processes for aerospace turbine components. The role involves creating and maintaining work instructions and technical cards, developing manufacturing fixtures and tooling, coordinating with tooling vendors, supporting metallurgical and mechanical testing, tracking development castings, analyzing non-destructive testing results, and improving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost. Candidates need at least two years of manufacturing or industrial experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
