Dexcom is hiring a Process Technician 3 to support engineers in analysing production-line data, testing electro-mechanical assemblies, operating and maintaining robotic equipment and vision systems, performing fault isolation, and carrying out equipment development and validation activities. The role requires experience with problem-solving methodologies, Minitab, Tableau, IQ/OQ support, process improvement, technical documentation, and high-reliability manufacturing equipment. It follows a 12-hour front-end night shift pattern with a 30% shift premium and requires 5–8 years of related experience. The annualised base salary is €43,095.00 to €55,770.00 gross, with 10% travel required.
