Avery Dennison is hiring a Process Technician for its Fitchburg, Massachusetts Fastener Solutions Division. The role operates on the third shift from 10:45 p.m. to 7 a.m. and involves running and troubleshooting plastic injection molding and extrusion equipment, monitoring machine parameters, supporting changeovers, conducting quality inspections, maintaining production records, and participating in process improvement. The position pays $30.25 per hour plus a $1.75 shift differential and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience in plastic extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to follow technical instructions. Physical duties include bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs and ladders, driving a forklift, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
