Lam Research is hiring a Process Technician to support process, product, and research and development activities in semiconductor equipment. The role involves setting up wafer fabrication equipment, operating processing equipment and advanced tools, conducting experiments and test runs, collecting measurements and chemistry data, preparing results for engineering review, and assisting with troubleshooting and yield optimization. Candidates need 4–6 years of related experience, an associate degree or higher in a relevant technical field, cleanroom and PPE experience, English communication skills, and the ability to work a shift schedule. The position offers hybrid work models and a California San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $27.88 to $53.85.
