Process Technician-Advanced Packaging at Private company developing microLED-based ultra-low power high-bandwidth interconnects

The Process Technician will work in a clean room supporting wafer fabrication and semiconductor manufacturing activities. Responsibilities include performing technical tests and experiments, testing new products, assisting process development and engineering, communicating with engineering and manufacturing groups, resolving production issues, and supporting the disposition of production material. The role requires clean-room comfort, strong collaboration and communication, MS Office proficiency, and experience with semiconductor process operations such as flip-chip bonding, flux and underfill dispensing, profilometry, optical microscope inspection, and electrical testing.
