Description
The ATBPU Process Technician Apprenticeship Program is a two-year development pathway for diploma-qualified engineering graduates to begin a career in ATBPU refinery operations. Apprentices rotate across plant operations, process monitoring, laboratory sampling, maintenance support, start-up and shutdown activities, and health, safety, and environment practices under the guidance of senior technicians and supervisors. Successful completion may lead to a permanent role, and the program is based at the ATB refinery in Tanjung Bin, Pontian, Johor.
