Description
Allient Inc. is hiring a Process Technician in Reynosa, Mexico to develop, sustain, control, and improve manufacturing processes for DC electric motor production. The role covers process design and validation, equipment selection and changeovers, testing, inspection, statistical process analysis, root-cause problem solving, PPAP/FAI submissions, and customer process and quality-plan reviews. Candidates need a mechatronic, electromechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering background, at least two years of production-line or maintenance experience, DC electric motor manufacturing experience, and knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems, PLCs, and industrial electronics.
