Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will design and implement safe, efficient manufacturing processes, including process flows, jigs, fixtures, work instructions, quality controls, and failure analyses. The role manages manufacturing KPIs, supports problem solving and cost- and quality-improvement projects, prepares samples, performs basic machine-capability calculations, trains operational personnel, and supports the Quality Management System. It requires six months of relevant manufacturing experience with numerical control, analytical and problem-solving skills, and English A2–B1 proficiency; an engineering degree and SMT or manufacturing-machine technical education are preferred.
