Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will design and implement efficient, safe manufacturing processes, including process flows, tooling, work instructions, fixtures, poka-yokes, and equipment. The role manages manufacturing KPIs, supports quality and failure analysis, coordinates with operational teams and Quality Engineers, executes cost- and quality-improvement projects, prepares samples, performs basic machine-capability calculations, and trains personnel. It requires six months of relevant manufacturing experience in numerical control processes, A2-B1 English, and knowledge of troubleshooting, FMEA, production processes, and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; an engineering degree and SMT or manufacturing-machine-process education are preferred.
