Description
The Compounding Operator is responsible for ensuring compounding procedures comply with B.O.Ps, checking and supplying process chemicals, assisting the Compounding Supervisor, compounding base lattices, recovering waste alcohol from the dip room, and maintaining good housekeeping in compounding and scrap areas. The role requires a diploma in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Latex Technology, or a related discipline, or SPM with at least three years of relevant experience. It is based at Bard Kulim in Kedah, Malaysia, on an 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. shift.
