Avant Organics is hiring a hybrid Process Technician to operate and monitor chemical processing equipment, perform quality testing and inspections, conduct routine and scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues, and support safety, documentation, pilot runs, and scale-up activities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree in Math, Biology, or Chemistry or a related post-secondary certificate preferred, and involves laboratory work with exposure to hazardous materials and heavy lifting.
