Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer develops and optimizes production process plans, parameters, and workflows; prepares process documentation; supports and supervises production-line operations; leads lean and cost-efficiency improvements; analyzes quality issues; trains frontline employees; and coordinates equipment commissioning and upgrades. The role requires an associate degree or higher in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field and at least three years of manufacturing process technology experience.
