Description
The Semiconductor Fab Technician supports wafer and chip production, with a focus on chip pick-and-place. Responsibilities include preparing materials for customer shipment, assisting with general fab maintenance, and supporting wastewater treatment and hazardous-waste management. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with networked PC-based computer systems, precision handling of small semiconductor die, hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills. It is an on-site position with occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours.
