Coherent Corp. is hiring an on-site semiconductor fabrication technician to support wafer and chip production, with a primary focus on precision chip pick-and-place work. The role also prepares customer shipments, assists with Fab maintenance, and supports wastewater treatment and hazardous waste operations. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic networked-PC and Microsoft Office skills, strong hand-eye coordination for microscope-based work and tweezers handling of millimeter-sized dies, attention to detail, safety awareness, communication skills, and the ability to follow procedures and work independently.
