Description
The role is responsible for planning, optimizing, documenting, supporting, and improving manufacturing production processes. Duties include developing process plans and parameters, maintaining SOPs and process flow documentation, resolving production-line issues, implementing lean and cost-efficiency improvements, analyzing quality problems, training frontline employees, and coordinating equipment commissioning and upgrades. The position requires an associate degree or higher in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field, three years of manufacturing process technology experience, proficiency with production processes and Excel, knowledge of ISO9001, and strong shop-floor problem-solving and communication skills.
