KB Components is hiring a full-time, permanent Injection Molding Process Technician in Örkelljunga to optimize and develop injection molding processes, introduce new products and equipment, conduct process validations, support production troubleshooting, perform root-cause analyses, improve OEE, and implement cost-saving measures. The role requires training in injection molding, plastics technology, or equivalent experience, at least three years of injection molding industry experience, process optimization and technical troubleshooting experience, and fluency in Swedish and English.
