Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Process Technician to support wafer manufacturing by monitoring process and equipment performance, managing semiconductor equipment, troubleshooting abnormalities, collecting and analyzing production data, preparing yield and process trend visualizations, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends in 24/7 fabs, and experience or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows for current or future processes. Preferred qualifications include science, engineering, or manufacturing education, disciplined execution in manufacturing or cleanroom environments, and experience with process monitoring, data interpretation, or Statistical Process Control.
