Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Process Technician to perform technical tests and experiments in the wafer-fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves setting up and monitoring semiconductor processing equipment, conducting clean and inspection activities, responding to process alarms and SPC charts, investigating quality deviations, maintaining tool performance, and supporting process development and engineering. The position requires knowledge of probe manufacturing, automated systems, troubleshooting, Microsoft Word and Excel, MTSPC or SPACE systems, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts while standing and lifting equipment up to 20 pounds. Preferred qualifications include an industry-related associate degree, Linux experience, and prior semiconductor experience.
