Description
The Process Engineer monitors semiconductor manufacturing operations for quality and engineering-specification conformance, troubleshoots process, quality, and yield problems, documents specifications, and develops real-time solutions. The role requires data analysis, SPC and FDC knowledge, Six Sigma or Lean experience, project execution, teamwork, and the ability to train and lead associates. Preferred qualifications include at least three years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, technical education, process knowledge, and familiarity with Excel, JMP, Word, and PowerPoint.
