PTA Plastics is hiring a Process Technician for a 12-hour rotating day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The role operates in a low-volume, high-mix plastic injection molding environment and is responsible for setting up and adjusting machines, changing and aligning molds, conducting trials, troubleshooting equipment, performing maintenance, monitoring part quality, and supporting process optimization. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience as a Set-Up Technician or in a similar plastic injection molding role, and knowledge of injection molding equipment, molds, and troubleshooting. Pay ranges from $21.86 to $40.00 depending on entry, mid, or maximum level.
