Description
Rocket EMS is hiring a Process Technician to support and improve printed circuit board assembly manufacturing. The role involves interpreting manufacturing documentation, setting up and monitoring SMT, through-hole, soldering, and polymerics processes, troubleshooting production issues, supporting first-article verification and new-product introduction, analyzing process data, ensuring ESD and MSD compliance, training operators, and contributing to continuous improvement. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree plus three or more years of manufacturing experience, or a high school diploma plus five or more years of manufacturing experience; electronics manufacturing experience is preferred.
