Description
The Process Technician supports plastic injection-molding production by mounting and removing molds, setting up and stabilizing processes, adjusting parameters, monitoring deviations, resolving technological problems, and improving quality, stability, efficiency, and scrap levels. The role also involves creating technical documentation, operating an overhead crane, modifying simple tooling, and applying Lean practices. It requires at least three years of experience in plastic injection molding, knowledge of machines, molds, robots, and process automation, and willingness to work on the production floor.
