Tempton is hiring a full-time Process Technician – Coating Technology in Bad Blankenburg to independently perform automated and manual powder coating of welded assemblies, sheet metal, and aluminum parts. The role involves operating and monitoring a GEMA powder coating system, pre- and post-processing components, color changes, quality checks, packaging, labeling, system care, preventive maintenance, and supporting adjacent areas. Candidates need completed vocational training in a metal-processing occupation, several years of practical powder-coating experience, coating-system knowledge, technical understanding, quality awareness, reliability, teamwork, and shift flexibility. The position offers pay group 4 remuneration of €17.65 per hour and predictable day, early, night, and late shifts.
