Description
The role supports process and product engineers through trials, design of experiments, engineering builds, product transfers, equipment qualification, and process validation. It also handles hold-lot disposition, troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, inspections, reliability and special testing, defect reporting, and production improvement projects. The position requires hands-on engineering and production equipment operation, basic data interpretation, troubleshooting, teamwork, and a graduate-level vocational engineering background, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. It is 100% onsite in a manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, and cleanroom environment and follows a shifting schedule with weekend support.
