Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily activities for an assigned work team in an automated medical device manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include coordinating production, training associates, managing attendance and scheduling, supporting equipment upgrades and preventive maintenance, investigating production issues, ensuring documentation and quality compliance, and championing continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience in an automated manufacturing environment, and preferably previous cutting operator experience. It is based in Columbus, Ohio, United States, and does not include direct supervisory responsibility for associates.
