Description

AriensCo is looking for a motivated and passionate Process Technician to support their Materials team in Fayetteville, TN. The role involves maintaining accurate system data, developing work instructions, and coordinating process readiness for new product launches. The technician acts as a liaison between Materials, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and standardized processes.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: A technical degree is preferred but not required.
Required Previous Experiences: Experience using lean principles to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications: Moderate level or above computer skills with MS Office preferred.
A strong mechanical aptitude.
An ability to communicate effectively – written or verbal.
