The Process Technician for Plastics and Rubber Technology sets up and operates production machines, monitors manufacturing processes, performs initial sampling and first-article inspections, tests parts, and releases production. The role requires vocational training in plastics and rubber technology or a comparable technical qualification, flexibility across workstations, openness to new technologies, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to work in a two-shift system.
