Description
The Process Technician for Plastics and Rubber Technology works directly in production at the Remscheid site, setting up and monitoring equipment, checking materials and process parameters, performing changeovers and adjustments, identifying and resolving quality deviations, documenting production data, and supporting stable manufacturing processes. The role requires technical or industrial-technical training, several years of production experience, and practical knowledge of plastics processing and production equipment. Compensation is up to €23.00 per hour, with bonuses, travel cost subsidies, corporate benefits, vacation, and parking.
