Hombach Plastics Technology is hiring a Process Technician for Plastics Technology / Plastics Technologist to perform varied manufacturing tasks across departments such as thermoforming, CNC milling, bonding or joining, and mold and tooling construction. The role may support colleagues within the department and welcomes improvement proposals for quality, efficiency, and working conditions. Applicants should have completed an apprenticeship or training as a process technician for plastics technology or plastics technologist, demonstrate passion for product creation, have knowledge of German and/or English, and work independently and responsibly. The position offers training opportunities, performance-based compensation, savings benefits, workwear, events, and a two-shift or one-shift system depending on the position.
