Description
The Process and Equipment Engineer supports manufacturing production lines by maintaining equipment and process stations, performing preventive maintenance, calibration support, machine repairs, jigs and fixtures improvements, and contributing to yield improvement, cost reduction, and product qualification activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering qualification and at least three years of relevant process and equipment engineering experience, along with manufacturing, process engineering, repair, maintenance, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. The role may be onsite, hybrid, or remote and includes night shifts, overtime, and weekend work.
