Description
The Process Technician – High School Student will shadow and assist a Process Engineer or Process Technician in coordinating and optimizing injection-molded plastic part production in Micro Mold Production or Small Mold Production. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, minor mold and machine maintenance, establishing and following qualified processing parameters, quality inspection, and supporting efficient, customer-focused manufacturing. The role requires high school coursework, basic computer and communication skills, mathematical ability, and the ability to work with small parts and equipment in a climate-controlled facility.
