Description
The employer is hiring an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician in West Bend, Wisconsin to start up and optimize injection molding processes, maintain validated process parameters, troubleshoot molding, tooling, and quality issues, support mold changeovers and production launches, monitor cavity pressure and process performance, and assist with process improvements and validations. The role requires at least three years of injection molding process technician experience, knowledge of molding machines, molds, tooling, and process development, and experience troubleshooting part quality defects and process variation; scientific molding concepts and IQ/OQ/PQ or regulated manufacturing experience are preferred.
