Description
The Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, starting up, maintaining, troubleshooting, and monitoring injection molding machines to produce quality products on time. The role includes mold and color changes, material coordination, scrap reduction, documentation, safety compliance, and collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and tooling teams. It is a third-shift position requiring 1–2 years of injection molding experience, specified Paulson training, forklift and LOTO certification, and the ability to work overtime.
