Description
The employer is hiring a Process Technician (m/f/d) for plastics and rubber to set up and start series production runs, maintain product quality and machine availability, resolve production issues, approve prototypes, and lead a shift in a three-shift system. The role also involves training new employees, interns, and apprentices. Candidates need plastics or rubber process-technician training or several years of relevant experience, knowledge of materials and grades, ideally injection-molding experience, basic computer and QA/QS knowledge, and physical and organizational resilience.
