Tempton is hiring a Process Technician / Machine Operator in Lottstetten to monitor and optimize plastic-injection-molding production, set up and operate machines, determine process parameters, perform quality inspections, and maintain equipment. The role requires completed training in plastics-processing or a comparable qualification, several years of experience producing plastic parts, experience with production automation, willingness to work two shifts, and good German language skills.
