The company is hiring a Process Technician/ Machine Operator/ Plastics Technologist for Semi-finished Product Production to work in extrusion at its Kerpen production site. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring extrusion systems; manufacturing semi-finished products such as rods, pipes, and sheets; performing quality testing and documentation; troubleshooting malfunctions; maintaining equipment; and supporting continuous improvement. The position is full-time, permanent, and requires rotating three-shift work. Candidates should ideally have plastics or rubber technology training and at least three years of plastics-processing experience, or five years of practical industry experience without formal training.
