Description
The Metrology Process Technician supports measurement processes in a semiconductor manufacturing environment by creating product recipes for thickness, critical dimension, and profile; collaborating with production, process, and equipment teams to maintain tool uptime; ensuring timely lot disposition; performing tool calibration; and supporting engineering requests. The role requires an Institute of Technical Education or equivalent, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and teamwork abilities, and willingness to learn, with manufacturing metrology experience preferred.
