The client is hiring an unlimited full-time Process Technician Plastics and Rubber for its plastics injection molding department. The role involves setting up and operating injection molding machines and automation equipment, testing and inspecting tools, optimizing processes, monitoring production, and supporting the department manager. Candidates need vocational training in plastics and rubber technology, strong injection molding knowledge, PC experience, independence, reliability, flexibility, and willingness to work early, late, and night shifts. The position is available in Düsseldorf, Solingen, Hilden, or Leverkusen, with above-tariff compensation and intensive training.
