The Process Technician will set up and operate machines and systems for processing plastics and rubber, monitor production and product quality, perform maintenance and servicing, optimize workflows, and document production activities. The role requires vocational training or an equivalent qualification, 3–5 years of professional experience in plastics or rubber processing, technical understanding, experience with modern machines and computer-aided technology, and a team-oriented independent working style.
