Artifex Interior Systems is hiring a Process Technician/Process Engineer for its Scunthorpe facility. The role supports the processing team through cycle-time monitoring, OEE improvement, process and tooling investigations, equipment support, safety and crane checks, documentation updates, and continuous improvement activities. It follows a three-shift rotation alternating between afternoons, mornings, and nights, with flexibility for overtime. Preferred qualifications include hands-on automotive injection-moulding experience, tool-setting knowledge, relevant qualifications, experience with major moulding and robot manufacturers, English proficiency, numeracy, computer literacy, communication skills, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, PFMEA understanding, and cost-awareness of downtime, scrap, and process variation.
