Description
The Test & Finish Operator supports daily semiconductor Test & Finish and back-end production operations by operating and monitoring test, inspection, marking, packing, and related equipment; troubleshooting process and equipment issues; recording production and quality data; and ensuring device traceability and safety compliance. The role collaborates with engineering, quality, and production teams and may support new product introduction, process qualification, and engineering trials. It requires a relevant technical degree or training, preferably 1–3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, and willingness to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
