Description
Harrods is hiring a Process Technologist for its Food Development team to support the Product Development Manager in developing, managing, and improving process controls across central production kitchens. The role involves creating and maintaining process specifications, recipes, and build documentation; scaling products from development through production readiness; collaborating with culinary, technical, quality, buying, and production teams; and monitoring yields, wastage, and process performance. The position is permanent and offers a hybrid arrangement with at least three days on-site per week.
