Description
The role supports assembly, testing, and production operations by monitoring process parameters, analyzing quality deviations, optimizing manufacturing processes, and developing or commissioning automation and testing facilities. It also supports product launches, industrialization projects, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Development. The position requires a technical university degree or equivalent Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering training, production-process knowledge, process-optimization experience, strong German and English skills, and MS Office proficiency. It is based in Deggendorf, Bavaria, with flexible working hours and mobile-work options.
